Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Your Best Test. By purchasing our DNA collection kits or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a test. If you are swabbing a minor, you represent that you are the legal parent or guardian.
Sample Collection: You agree to follow the "Mouth Swab" instructions provided in our video and printed guides exactly as stated. "Your Best Test" is not responsible for "Inconclusive" or "Failed" results due to improper swabbing technique or contamination.
Ownership of Sample: Once you drop your sample in the mailbox, you grant "Your Best Test" and its partner laboratories the right to analyze the DNA contained within that sample for the purpose of providing your results.
Privacy: Your genetic data is sensitive. We will only use your data for the specific test ordered. We do not sell your DNA data to third parties without your explicit, separate consent.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

Return and Refund Policy

Notice: All Sales are Final

Due to the medical nature and strict chain-of-custody requirements of DNA collection kits, Your Best Test operates a strictly no-refund policy.

Non-Returnable: Once a DNA kit has been shipped from our facility, it is considered "used" in the eyes of health regulations and cannot be returned or resold, even if the outer seal appears intact.
Shipping & Drop-off: We are not responsible for kits lost by the postal service after you have dropped them in a mailbox. We recommend using a tracked service if you require guaranteed delivery confirmation.
Lab Failures: If the laboratory is unable to process your sample due to a technical error on our end, we will provide one (1) replacement kit at no charge. We will not, however, issue a monetary refund.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you decide you no longer want to know the results after purchasing.
